Ashley resides in Fairmont, MN and works daily out of the Fairmont office. Ashley oversees the daily operations of the company as well as all employees. Ashley loves spending time traveling with her husband, Dustin and son, Harrison in their airplane. They also have 2 dogs, Audi and Jax.

Patti Mielke

Operations Manager

Patti is the Director of Operations and has been with the company for over 25 years. Patti is in charge of all the day-to-day operations of the buying floor. She and her late husband Chris were blessed with two beautiful children Rachael and Derek.

Emily Jagodzinske

Banking

Emily resides in Sherburn, MN, and works out of the Fairmont office daily. Emily is the Director of Financial Services and is in charge of managing all financial aspects of the company and managing the banking department. Emily and her husband Mark keep busy chasing their three boys to all their sporting events.

"My most memorable moment at Great Plains is when I started our office was very small and there wasn't room for a desk. I had a computer set up on a table and the table was right between Jan's office door and Sherri's office door. Things sure have changed, I now have an office of my own."

Lynn Davis

AR Manager & Credit Analyst

Collections

Lynn currently resides in Fairmont, MN with her husband Tim and works out of the Fairmont office daily. Lynn is the Credit Risk Director and oversees all the collection and credit issues with her team. They were blessed with two boys, Carter who just graduated high school and younger brother, Tyler.

Kim resides in Fairmont, MN with her husband Todd. Kim is the Business Operations Manager and oversees the buying floor. She and Todd had the joy of raising three beautiful children Kelsey, Kyle and Ashley.

Tammy Grange

Relationship Manager

Tammy resides in Estherville, IA, and works out of the Fairmont office daily. Tammy is the Business Operations Manager and oversees the buying floor. She and her husband Travis have four beautiful children; Aaron, Jeremy, Carly, and Carson.

Britta Helgeson

Britta resides in Fairmont, MN, and works out of the office daily. Britta is the Business Operations Manager and oversees the buying floor. She and her significant other Kyle are parents to two handsome boys, James and Graham with another on the way.

Lisa resides in Fairmont, MN with her husband, Josh and two girls, Joslyn and Liv. Lisa is the Legal Operations Director and oversees the entire legal department and works closely with all the other departments.

Garrett Anderson, our newly promoted Business Development Executive, resides in Mankato, MN with his wife, Rylee. Garrett is passionate about bringing on new business and helping clients succeed with our factoring services. His dedication and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset to our team. Outside of work, Garrett loves spending his weekends going on adventures with his wife and playing the occasional baseball game with his amateur team. We're excited to see the positive impact Garrett will continue to make in his new role.
